Policies

Reservations and Deposits

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We require your card information when making a reservation. A one night's stay is charged to your credit card at that time. Thereafter your deposit is good for 12 months.

Cancellations

Full refunds will be made if cancellation is received seven (7) days prior to reservation start date. (Less the $15.00 processing fee). Cancellations within seven (7) days of the stay date, no shows and early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Refunds will be processed after your payments have cleared our bank account.

Rates

Rates do not include state and local taxes
Unless otherwise noted, rates are for single or double occupancy per night
Rates are subject to change

Arrivals and Departures

Check In: 3:00pm to 6:00pm
Early/late arrivals can be accommodated with advance notice.

Check Out: 11:00am
Variations are subject to approval

Restrictions

We are unable to accommodate pets. No children under the age of 16. Smoking outdoors only. The Black Lantern Inn is not handicap accessible. Guests are welcome to visit you during your stay, but no overnight visitors.


Please note that if the Owners find damage to property upon departure, guests will be notified with picture(s) and a personal phone call to discuss the cost necessary to remedy the situation. It would be appreciated if an incident does occur that the guests let us know before departing. :-)
